    How do I return an item?

    The easiest way to return an item is by taking it to one of our Zara stores, as long as the store is in the same country in which the purchase was made and has the section to which the product belongs - woman, man, kids. Underwear items cannot be returned except those for babies aged 0 to 36 months. Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt. For store locations near you, please visit our store locator. If you are not able to visit a local Zara store, you can also take your package to the nearest Post office or Mailbox (to find a location, please visit www.canadapost.ca).

    Alternatively, you may call Canada Post customer service on the number 1-866-607-6301 to schedule a pick up at your home. Please log in and follow the steps listed my account > returns. If you are not registered at Zara.com, please use the link sent to you with your order confirmation e-mail. Gift Card returns can be arranged through our customer service department, and it is not necessary to mail the card back. For further information, please visit the "Gift Card" section of our website or contact our customer service. Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund

    Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

    Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
    Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

    Can I exchange my products?

    Yes, you have two options: 1. In one of our stores, you can exchange:
    ✹ FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.
    ✹ FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, Zara.com will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item in store.
    2. If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

    What is the store delivery process?
    A

    If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel.
