What are the conditions eligible for a refund?
- Defective Products – Defined as damaged, stained, or torn garment.
- Error in Order Fulfillment – Mistake (s) made by us in picking/packing the correct SKUs/order.
Conditions for return
- Must submit return request within 30 days of receiving your package
- Returned items should be in their new/original condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All packaging including product tags should be in their original conditoin.
- Complete the return request form (Link here)
- Upon dispute, YOYUU reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
