We only accept returns but not exchanges at the moment. Items that are used and/or not in its original condition may be denied a refund. If you have any questions regarding returns/refund, please email us at info@yoyuu.ca

What are the conditions eligible for a refund?

  1. Defective Products – Defined as damaged, stained, or torn garment.
  2. Error in Order Fulfillment – Mistake (s) made by us in picking/packing the correct SKUs/order.

Conditions for return

  1. Must submit return request within 30 days of receiving your package  
  2. Returned items should be in their new/original condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.  
  3. All packaging including product tags should be in their original conditoin. 
  4. Complete the return request form (Link here
  5. Upon dispute, YOYUU reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
